Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-8 business days. You will receive an email with your shipping tracking information. New York City shipping may arrive earlier than standard shipping time.

Our packages are shipped via UPS and USPS. If express shipping is requested UPS will be used. 

Shipments to Puerto Rico, Mexico or Canada will incur an additional shipping fee for customs and duties. An email will be sent with the fee amount to be paid via a link. 

Items lost or stolen are not the responsibility of Bubbly Moon Naturals. If you wish to obtain insurance for your item kindly let us know via email: info@bubblymoonnaturals.com so we may add it for a charge based on carrier's weight surcharges.
